This review is long overdue. Disen and his team helped me with a sale and a buy over the summer. His entire team on both sides of the transactions are just stellar and extremely professional. Nancy Jweinat helped walk me through what was needed to get the house ready for sale. She had a list of recommendations of what should be done in the house, such as painting of the walls or a repair, and they have their preferred vendors that do repairs, staging, cleaning, painting, etc. Their vendors were all very good and I was very satisfied and impressed with the outcome on how the house turned out for its sale. On the buy side, after the house sold, we decided to do an exchange and Disen was quick to connect us to an exchange company where our questions about the process could be answered and also a preferred lender that could offer us a low rate. Disen also walked us through and gave us advice on what to expect during the property hunting. Disen is very thorough and he assigned someone from his staff, Vanessa Chu, to help with the property tours to view properties that worked with our schedules. She was very flexible with our time and was so attentive during the tour to understand what we liked and didn't like. She also was so good about getting disclosures for us when we requested to see them. Disen and his team made selling and buying easy and smooth. They are there for you in every step of the process. A shout out to Tiffany Tisen and Abby van Horn as well for being so responsive, attentive, helpful, and professional when it came to the closings!
